Everyone wants to feel appreciated and that includes the hard working staff of One School at a Time. Recently, the USA office received an unsolicited letter from one of our Ugandan partner schools. The letter listed the many improvements that have happened at Kassanda Public Primary School since partnering with One School at a Time: a new on site clean water system (with 40,000 L storage tank), new latrines, new classrooms, new teachers quarters, teacher trainings and the expansion of their farm and garden program.
Not to mention the “good working relationship” noted between One School Program Manager, Hussein Tadesse, and their school.
This is the sort of feedback that makes us happy and motivates us to do even more to boost these schools so the children can benefit.
Here is the letter so you can read it yourself!
